This sequel focuses on Hawk’s best friend Grimm, whose real name is Gavrael McIllioch. He hides his noble birth from those around him because of a dark family secret, but his friends think the highest of him, and trust him completely.

But when Grimm receives a summons from the father of his former love he waists no time in racing off to protect her. How best to protect her? Win her hand in marriage.

Jillian St. Clair grew up looking up to Grimm. As a child she played with teen Grimm and fell for him when she grew older. Time and time again she tried to tempt him with little success.

Karen Marie Moning does a superb job in this book building the back stories and characters. They seem real.

How will the two come to terms with their mutual desires? It’s a steamy read with so much tension! I bet you won’t be able to put it down. I know I couldn’t!
